NEW USGA RULES FOR 2019
Significant changes have been introduced this year in several areas including Ball at rest, Ball in Motion, Taking Relief, Areas of the Course, Equipment, Playing a Ball, When to Play during a Round, Player Behavior and a new local rule regarding an alternative to Stroke and Distance relief.
